This Request for Proposal is issued on behalf of Napier City Council (NCC) and Hastings District Council (HDC). We’re looking for one contractor to provide noise control, smoky fire and mobile trader complaint services and meet the following objectives:
• Effective and timely resolution of noise complaints
• Ensure smoky fires are abated in a timely manner
• Achieve the required specifications and measures
• Ensure safe working practices and appropriately trained staff
• Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with the Councils
• Offer value for money
