Tenders are invited for the renewal of approximately 300m of existing 150mm diameter earthenware sewer mains with DN150mm diameter uPVC (or PE) pipes, lateral connections and concrete 1050mm diameter manholes at Tainui Drive at Havelock North.
Method of construction is open to tenderer. Hastings District Council will accept open cut, trenchless or a combination of both construction methods. Trenchless method preferred for this job is bursting or drilling. Due to existing pipe and joints condition Slip-lining, CIPP, Spiral Lining and Fold and Form methods are not permitted. Existing pipes to be replaced on line.
