Overview
The purpose of this RFP is to select a supplier to provide a development tool to create online Application Forms. The solution will also have features that provide for workflow processes and the ability to interface with the various Council databases. From an end-user perspective, the Forms should be intuitive and easy to fill in, plus provide the use with the to add attachments and if required suspend for later completion.
