Overview
The Hastings District Council (HDC) intends to construct a stormwater main along Lyndhurst Road in Hastings. This work is to provide capacity for the proposed stage 2 Lyndhurst residential development that currently has a deferred residential status under the District Plan.
This work involves the open cut installation of approximately 700 m of 1200DN stormwater pipeline, associated service crossing chambers, water main and sewer main modifications and extensions. In addition there is approximately 300m of 225mm diameter sewer to be renewed on a deeper alignment.
