healthAlliance (FPSC) Limited (hA) provides procurement-related shared services to New Zealand's district health boards (DHBs), including entering into contracts for procurement of products under which individual DHBs then purchase Products/Services. Accordingly it is running this Request for Expressions of Interest in relation to the proposed supply of Urology Holmium Laser to Auckland District Health Board (Participating DHB) (Request). Any other New Zealand DHB may be involved as observers to this Request process and also may become Participating DHBs during the process.
Auckland District Health Board is in search for Urology Laser to replace only one of three lasers in the fleet. The schedule to replace the other lasers will not be part of this EOI. The purchase of the laser will be limited to those who can satisfy the requirements as indicated in the uploaded document. This EOI is an invitation to suitably qualified suppliers to submit an expression of interest for the supply of Urology Holmium Laser. If hA decides to continue with a Second Phase Process, only those suppliers who have lodged an EOI will be eligible to submit a proposal/tender (as applicable) and the Second Phase Process will not be openly advertised on GETS.
