Respondents are required to provide at least one Proposal that does not bundle the supply of the NGS Platform, the Consumables and/or the Software and Reporting System (each a Component) with the other Components, i.e. Respondents must separately price the provision of each Component it is prepared to provide (Minimum Proposal).
In addition to the Minimum Proposal, Respondents may submit Proposals in respect of any combination of the Components i.e. a total solution which is all three Components, any two Components and/or any one Component.
DHB/hA will review all proposals applying the criteria specified, with the overall objective of sourcing the most technically suitable and cost effective solution for the components as a whole.
