hA invites proposals from suppliers who currently have products purchased and in use in one or more DHBs List A and who meet the commercial requirements set out in this RFP and who wish to be appointed to the Supplier Panel.
The scope of this RFP is for infusion devices and related consumables designed to deliver solutions typically through intravenous (IV), epidural, regional infusions and/or subcutaneous routes at pre-established accurate flow rates. Infusion devices may use one of a variety of different technologies for propelling the infusate, and may be capable of delivering large and/or extremely small volumes e.g. neonatal application, of medications and or liquids through one or several channels simultaneously. Infusion devices may be intended for mounting on poles, for ambulatory use and used in hospital and in the community e.g pain pumps. Additionally, healthAlliance requires maintenance services for capital items.
