Overview
Northern Region Fleet District Health Boards (ADHB, CMDHB, NDHB, WDHB) operates a combined vehicle fleet which includes approximately 1,500 cars. We are seeking proposals for an electronic vehicle fleet booking & utilisation system to support standardisation and improvement of the vehicle booking processes, centralisation of vehicle pools and ultimately a reduction in the vehicle fleet size through a more efficient process that optimises the use of the vehicle fleet while maintaining or improving the user experience.
Currently each DHB will operate their own system with the later overview of potentially combining fleets.
