Auckland District Healthboard is seeking to establish a strategic ICT partnership where the IP developed from the Outpatient Clinic Optimisation Project is shared in exchange for a long term mutually beneficial relationship to implement the completed Outpatient Clinic Optimisation solution set firstly into the Auckland District Healthboard Opthalmology Clinic and then into all outpatient clinics at Auckland District Healthboard.
The opportunity is for a vendor to create a solution set in partnership with Auckland District Healthboard that can be sold to other District Healthboards in New Zealand and potentially internationally. The successful vendor will be invited to undertake due diligence on the current solution set prior to contract negotiations to ensure a full understanding of the IP and functional and technical components of the current solution set, and to mutually agree with Auckland District Healthboard, the scope of the solution set to be delivered.
