Waitemata District Health Board (WDHB) Facilities department provides maintenance and minor building services to all departments across WDHB. These services extend to all hospitals and outpatient clinics that are owned by WDHB. Three sites have been identified as in scope for this ROI, further information can be found in the ROI documents.
This is the first stage of a two step procurement. Shortlisted Respondents from this ROI process will be invited to the RFP stage. WDHB is seeking proposals from credible suppliers who can demonstrate delivering planned maintenance services across required service categories. WDHB requires services in the following areas:
1. Plumbing services
2. HVAC services
3. Electrical services
4. Mechanical services
It is anticipated that the contracts awarded for the planned maintenance services will be in place for up to six (6) years. Only complying Respondents from this ROI process will be shortlisted for the RFP stage.
