healthAlliance is issuing this Request for Proposal on behalf of Northland District Health Board (NDHB) who has a requirement for food services. The delivery of food services is for the Whangarei, Kaitaia, Bay of Islands and Dargaville hospital sites. There will be a small quantity of meals on wheels required for Kaitaia Hospital, Bay of Islands and Dargaville Hospital. Whangarei Hospital does not provide meals on wheels so is out of scope for this RFP. NDHB is only interested in Cook Fresh options to be presented.
The food services are required for patients, staff and on-site contractors. The operation of the staff cafe (Vibe Cafe) at Whangarei Hospital is included in the delivery of these food services and is in scope therefore for this RFP
