Overview
1.1. The scope of this RFP is for a cloud hosted, off the shelf booking and scheduling system for the Interpreting Services at Auckland District Health Board to:
(a) increase the use of ADHB permanent interpreters,
(b) improve the efficiency of the contractor resources,
(c) reduce the number of call out fees paid to contractors,
(d) provide visibility of interpreter availability at time of booking, and
(e) eliminate the requirement for paper based forms for invoicing and payment.
