The objective of this Response Process is to facilitate the establishment of a Panel for the supply of Decontamination and Sterilisation Equipment, Proprietary Consumables and Servicing/Maintenance.
The equipment in scope can be divided into the following modalities:
(a) Washer Disinfector – Single Chamber, Multi Chamber, Cart Washer, Ward Sanitiser
(b) Steriliser – Steam Steriliser, Low Temperature Steriliser
(c) Endoscope Reprocessing – Endoscope Washer, Endoscope Drying Cabinet
Each of the above Modalities will also include any proprietary consumables that must be used with the equipment listed to ensure safe and effective decontamination and sterilisation of reusable medical devices, provided that respondents shall not include consumables that are included on the Pharmac Sterilisation Consumables schedule.
Four DHBs have an immediate need for Products. hA is therefore running four secondary RFPs contemporaneously with this Panel RFP (Secondary Procurement Opportunities). Respondents to the Panel RFP are invited to respond to any or all of these Secondary Procurement Opportunities, which are detailed in separate Secondary RFP documents.
Price band indicated is based on planned purchasing for the 16/17 financial year.
