Capital and Coast, Hutt Valley and Wairarapa DHBs (Participating DHBs) have a current requirement for up to 5000 hours of Face to Face interpreting from around 4000 service requests for Face to Face Interpreters.
The purpose of this RFP is to to establish a Panel (Panel) of one or more provider(s) for the supply of Face to Face Interpreting Services (Services) for as wide a range of languages as practicable to the Participating DHBs for a term of three years (with a two year right of renewal) (Solution). In running this process hA wishes to facilitate the establishment of a Panel to deliver options for a value for money Solution to the Participating DHBs, consistent with the expectations of both the Office of the Auditor-General and DHBs obligations to balance ethical and sound commercial practices within a robust, transparent and fair process.
