Overview
The objective of this Response Process is to identify suitable licensees that will deliver a value for money solution to supply Retail Services/Products under an Occupation Lease with the Participating DHB, consistent with the expectations of both the Office of the Auditor-General and DHBs’ obligations to balance ethical and sound commercial practices within a robust, transparent and fair process.
The scope of this RFP is for Counties Manukau DHB (CMDHB) and Ko Awatea Building at Middlemore Hospital
