Overview

This proposal seeks a system that can capture, report and alert staff when risks are identified, when incidents occur or consumers provide feedback that requires attention in relation to specific events, and then supports the DHB in managing these to a satisfactory resolution. Further system requirements are outlined in Appendix E.
