hA is seeking to review options for Utilities Management Software on behalf of the DHB. hA invites suppliers who are familiar with this market to provide information in response to this RFI.
The objective of this RFI is for hA to better understand the market for Utilities Management Software, which includes water, waste, electricity and gas management with an Invoice management module. hA also wishes to understand the services of existing and potential suppliers, and the impact of technological change on the market. hA would also like to understand solutions that would ideally enable the DHB to manage the utilities from a central location for multiple sites.
Ideally the solutions would be able to:
a) Monitor utilities usage from a central location.
b) Accurately and continuously record data for later analysis.
c) Detect anomalies and can notify staff when certain criteria is breached within the system.
d) Track Invoices that are verified as containing correct rates and automatically send to the specified approval manager.
e) Interface with existing utilities management systems.
hA is seeking further information from potential suppliers on the basis of the questions set out in the Appendix 1 (Questions for Suppliers). These questions relate to both your business and products and to the market generally.
