CMDHB Automated Inoculating Instrument with Consumables and Maintenance Services Request For Proposal (RFP)

The specifications are set out in the RFP documents attached to the tender notice as posted on GETS.

All Respondents to this RFP are encouraged to submit in their Proposals for the Automated Inoculating Instrument with Consumables and Maintenance Services pricing.
DHB/hA will review all proposals applying the criteria specified for Phase 1 and Phase 2, with the overall objective of sourcing the most technically suitable and cost effective solution for the components as a whole.

Phase 1 (An Inoculating instrument): It is intended that CMDHB will purchase the front-end instrument of the Automated Inoculating Instrument during the 2015/2016 financial year.

Phase 2 (A Total Lab solution): It is the intention to purchase the remaining parts of the Automated Inoculating Instrument for CMDHB at a later date. The CAPEX for the Phase 2 requirement is not yet approved by CMDHB committee, which will be prioritized in the Capital plan in the following few years.
