Overview
This document invites proposals from suppliers for an Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS).
Buller District Council and Grey District Council (the Councils) are seeking an Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS) to facilitate organisation-wide information systems management.
Westland District Council is about to embark on the same project and intend to participate in the chosen solution subject to completion of discovery and due diligence.
West Coast Regional Council have an existing solution and are participants in this process in case there is a compelling reason to change.
