Overview
The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) will soon be releasing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Property Consultancy Services (PCS) Panel Refresh.
MBIE is seeking to appoint additional Property Consultancy providers (Providers) that can deliver the following services to small, medium and/or large government agencies:
• Property Management
• Property Advisory
• Market Rental Valuation
• Other Valuation
• Property Planning
• Workplace Strategy
• Workplace Change Management
The RFP is expected to be advertised on the Government Electronic Tender Service (GETS) in February 2018.
