Overview
On behalf of the Participating Agencies who will be the end-users (or occupiers of the required office space), the Government Property Group (GPG) is seeking proposals from suitably qualified suppliers who are able to meet our requirement for office accommodation in Lower Hutt. GPG is seeking between 4,000m² - 6,500m² of space on large floor plates with ground floor presence. A single site solution is preferred and ideally up to 50 secured and 20 unsecured carparks. Solutions consisting of two sites may be considered where both sites are owned by the same owner, and preference is that one site must have 1500-2000m² of ground floor space.
