The purpose of this notice is to update potentially interested respondents and Facilities Management (FM) providers on the Property Management Centre of Expertise (PMCoE’s) upcoming whole-of-Government procurement project for FM services.
PMCoE analysed the feedback received during the engagement sessions and have taken this into account when finalising the approach to market of FM services for government agencies.
A common theme that arose following the sessions was that suppliers wanted a more structured and formalised opportunity to engage with government about what this FM solution could look like. Therefore prior to the RFP process for FM services, we will be conducting structured market engagement in the form of workshops with varying suppliers supported by agencies – anticipated to take place over a 4-6 week period from March 2016.
