The purpose of this notice is to advise that the Property Management Centre of Expertise (PMCoE) is intending to establish a Common Capability Contract (CCC) for the provision of Property Consultancy (Non-Construction) Services, hereafter referred to as Property Consultancy Services (PCS), to Government agencies. The CCC will support Government agencies to purchase Property Consultancy Services in a more efficient and effective manner while ensuring quality and value for money.
The PMCoE is intending to run an open, competitive procurement process to establish a panel of Providers that can deliver the services within this category. A Registration of Interest (ROI) is expected to be advertised on the Government Electronic Tenders System (GETS) in October 2015.
It is expected that panels of Providers will be created for Property Consultancy Services in the following sub-categories and that Providers will be able to bid for one or more Sub-Categories.
1. Property Management & Advisory
2. Market Valuation
3. Other Valuation
4. Strategic Property Planning
5. Workplace Strategy
6. Workplace Change Management
