Overview
The purpose of this notice is to update potentially interested respondents and FM providers on the Property Management Centre of Expertise (PMCoE’s) upcoming whole-of-Government procurement project for Facilities Management (FM) services. We are finalising our procurement planning documentation and going through the formal approval processes. Our indicative timeframe for release of the tender documentation is now January / February 2016. This takes into account the Christmas and New Year holiday season.
