The Property Management Centre of Expertise (the PMCoE) is leading a whole-of-Government procurement for Facilities Management (FM) services and as part of this initiative we hosted a series of supplier engagement sessions around New Zealand.
The purpose of the supplier engagement sessions was to engage with as many providers of FM services as possible and to seek views on how to best deliver FM services to Government.
This Notice of Information (NOI) contains a summary of the FM Supplier Engagement Sessions, Question and Answer Summary, Proposed scope of services, Spend information and a list of agencies who are in our mandate.
In addition to the NOI there is a copy of the PowerPoint presentation and an FM Overview document.
