The Cook Landing Site bridge is a partnership project between Council, Ngati Oneone and the Department of Conservation.
This new pedestrian bridge will be built alongside the Cook’s Landing Memorial site as part of the Tairawhiti Navigations Project. The aim of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to identify suitable contractors who can deliver the Contract Works on time and on budget. A critical component for success will be the employment of a competent experienced Senior Project Manager with the right skillset and expertise ready to drive the delivery of the project to a timely completion.
The Supplier needs to have a good record of accomplishment for construction in significant community spaces and understand the significance and history of the Cook Landing Site.
