Overview
The Gisborne District Council (Council) is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested parties to prepare a Strategic Assessment and Indicative Business Case for capital upgrades to the historic wharves along the East Coast of Tairawhiti. The successful party will work closely with the Council staff. Councillors and local communities to produce a plan with recommendations and options to guide thinking and further action in regard to Tairāwhiti’s Heritage Wharves.
