Overview
The Council requires the services of an appropriate builder to construct, upgrade and renovate the Lawson Field Theatre. The Lawson Field Theatre is currently closed because it does not meet the required earthquake design standards. Because of this the Theatre requires remedial earthquake strengthening. At the same time, the council is using the opportunity to undertake required maintenance to the roof and cladding, and also improve some of the facilities and layout of the Theatre. Council would therefore like to work with a suitable company to undertake the upgrade as per the Council’s design.
