Overview
This ROI seeks to identify a contractor who has the right people with the necessary vision, experience, capacity, understanding and commitment to enter into a “partnership” arrangement with the Council on behalf of TBHT. It is proposed that the contractor will provide wharf restoration services and will deliver outstanding outcomes that contribute to the achievement of the Tokomaru Bay Wharf Restoration Project.
