Overview
Gisborne District Council need to paint and refurbish 13 above ground pipe crossings including 10 crossings over the Te-Arai River, which involve truss spans and supports that currently exhibit the delamination of lead based paint.
The 13 crossings are located between the Bush Intake Weir and the Waingake Water Treatment Plant (WTP).
