Gisborne District Council is seeking plan drafting examples to assist with the development of the new Unitary Plan (Uni Plan). The purpose of this document is to invite parties to submit proposals to the Council for undertaking this work. Following the receipt of proposals Council hopes to select two or three parties with which to develop contracts for the work package.
We are planning to combine multiple resource management plans into one single plan for the Gisborne Region. As the first step in this process we must develop the structure and format of the Uni Plan. To assist us we are seeking two or three consultants to provide:
• A table of contents showing how the content could be organised in the Uni Plan.
• An example chapter for the Uni Plan showing how the content could be organised (and potentially rationalised) within a chapter.
