Overview
The scope of this RFS is to:
- Prepare a report detailing the impacts of reducing minimum lot size in the Lloyd George Road area on freshwater quality and quantity. The report should also provide options as to how these impacts could be managed;
- The four development scenarios to be investigated as part of this study include:
o 5000m2 (status quo);
o 2500m2;
o 2000m2; and
o 800m2.
- The assessment should consider, but not be limited to, the impacts on freshwater quality and quantity from an increase in:
o On-site wastewater systems; and
o Storm water volumes; and
- Provide a recommendation as to the extent to which minimum lot sizes could be reduced while maintaining on-site wastewater disposal.
