Overview
Superu is seeking an experienced Supplier to work with two Non-Government Organisations (NGOs) to evaluate two programmes (one in each NGO) that are delivered by the NGOs. We also want the NGOs to have the practical skills to plan further evaluations of new and existing programmes, and the Supplier must be able to transfer knowledge to the NGOs through ‘learning by doing’.
