Overview

Superu wants to identify a panel of suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to provide one or more of the following services: quantitative or qualitative research, evaluation, and/or evidence synthesis. Suppliers may respond to one, or more than one, of the requested services. Superu is seeking to select one or more providers for the provision of the requested services.
Superu aim to provide efficient commissioning by seeking rapid turnaround quotes from a panel of preferred suppliers. Superu seek to develop a close partnership with the selected supplier(s). An important aim of the partnership is to develop a collaborative working relationship by building knowledge within suppliers and within Superu to enable quality outputs. Superu will meet regularly with suppliers to share information about upcoming work and to discuss research design and topics of interest.
The projects will range from small scale quick turnaround data analysis or evidence synthesis projects (lasting around 2-3 months) to longer primary research projects (lasting up to 6 months).
Superu anticipates entering into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for an initial period of two years for the requested services. Superu may extend the term by up to one further term of up to three years.
