Housing New Zealand Corporation has community property assets throughout New Zealand. These community property assets which include the likes of car park and security lighting, common area lighting etc. all require a supply of electricity. HNZC is seeking to consolidate the supply of electricity for all these community property assets, ideally into a single account with a single retailer.
Expressions of interest are requested from relevant electricity retailers that have the capability to provide the supply of electricity throughout New Zealand. There are in excess of 1,000 ICPs and all are believed to be NHH.
N.B. Community property assets should not be confused with HNZC corporate office or HNZC tenancies, which are excluded from this EOI.
