The Institute of Environmental Science and Research (ESR) invites suitable Construction partners, with
capability and capacity, to submit proposals in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the
Kenepuru Science Centre (KSC) Build Project.
This procurement is intended to be run in two phases:
1. Non-priced submissions to identify a shortlist of a minimum of 2, but no more than 3 suitable
contractors (this initial RFP)
2. The shortlist will then be invited to table a Priced Submission (and Programme).
Any parties that are not successfully shortlisted in the first stage will be notified immediately after the
panel has made its decision on the successful shortlist. For any parties that are shortlisted, both the
priced and non-priced submissions shall be read as a single tender.
