Overview
EECA’s Warmer Kiwi Homes (WKH) programme currently audits 5% of its insulation and heat pump retrofit installations. Auditing provides both EECA and homeowners with confidence that Service Providers are carrying out installations to an appropriate level of quality and safety.
The contract for auditing services expired on the 30 June 2024 and EECA now wishes to engage a new provider. The purpose of this RFI is to gain a better understanding of the market for these services to help EECA analyse the best approach to the market later this year.
