This is advanced notice regarding a forthcoming RFP for Information Contact Centre Services

Part of the Electoral Commission's role in running New Zealand’s parliamentary elections is to ensure New Zealanders can access accurate and timely information about elections and voting.
Our RFP will seek a partner that can provide information contact centre services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for our immediate needs including electoral event delivery in 2025 and 2026, as well as capabilities and capacity to evolve alongside changing objectives. New Zealand-based customer services representatives, political neutrality, positivity, and cultural understanding of the New Zealand environment are important attributes we will be seeking from suppliers.

We expect to release the RFP on or about 5 December 2024.
