To transport 350m3 or 630 Tonnes of track surface material (Gap 20) from the five designated stockpiles (to be established) and spread and compact it to the required standard along the Grade 3 section (8km – 20km) of the Pureora Forest Timber Trail.
Potential suppliers are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the Grade 3 section of track and the 5 stockpile sites, prior to submitting their price.
A pre-tender drop-in session will be held at the Department’s Te Kuiti Office, 78 Taupiri Street, Te Kuiti on Wednesday, 29th September 2021 between 9am & 11am. Tenderers must notify the Supervisor of their intention to attend this pre-tender meeting by 10am on Tuesday, 28th September 2021 via email to procurement@doc.govt.nz.
This drop-in session is voluntary, and tenderers are free to choose whether to attend the drop-in session. Any questions arising from the drop-in session will be posted on GETS afterwards.
