e Department of Conservation is gathering information with respect to the proposed Auckland Inner Islands Wharves Project. The works are with respect to repairs/upgrades to the following facilities, with a detailed scope provided as an attachment to this notice:
• Kawau Island – Mansion House Wharf
• Rangitoto Island – Islington Bay Wharf
• Motutapu Island – Home Bay Wharf
This Notice is to inform the market of the upcoming opportunity and seek feedback with respect to:
- Intention to respond
- Factors limiting response (if applicable)
- Timelines
The tentative timelines with respect to his project are as follows (note that these may change):
- RFT Released to market: Mid September 2018
- RFT Close: Mid October 2018
- Works commence: Mid-November 2018 - Works Complete: by April 2019
