The Department of Internal Affairs (the Department) serves and connects people, communities and government to build a safe, prosperous and respected nation. He Pou Aronui - Organisational Capability and Services Branch provides corporate support functions to other business groups in the Department, in finance, human resources, ICT Support (Technology Services and Solutions), property, procurement, health and safety, security, information management and privacy, and administration.

The Department’s Cohesion Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS) will soon be reaching its end of life and needs to be replaced. (The ECMS is part of a Capgemini multi-tenant SharePoint 2016 farm hosted in Datacom data centres.)

He Pou Aronui wishes to select an implementation partner with experience with designing an ECMS in SharePoint Online, migrating from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online, excellent user experience (UX) design skills, in-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online and M365, and experience in change management, training and support.

This Advance Notice is to inform suppliers of the upcoming opportunity to submit a response to our Request for Proposal (RFP).

Subject to internal approvals, the likely release of the RFP will be early to mid-Nov 2023. This opportunity will be advertised on GETS.
