The Department of Internal Affairs is seeking to appoint a provider to deliver an end to end recruitment service including the attraction, screening, interviewing and post placement support of the Govtech Graduate Programme.
The Department will offer the successful recruitment supplier an initial 2 year (1+1) contract whilst the current Programme is being reviewed. However, it is our intention to extend the agreement with the successful provider for a further term of 9 years (3+3+3) should the outcome of the review be successful.
The opportunity builds upon a Market Scan (GETS# 20628391) that was completed in January 2019. The Market Scan indicated the procurement will follow a two-stage process.
1. An open Registration of Interest (ROI) will be advertised on GETS.
2. Following evaluation of responses to the ROI, a closed Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued to selected, qualified respondents.
We are giving notice that the ROI will be released week commencing 25 November 2019 on GETS and closing date will be 13 January 2020.
