The Dunedin City Council (DCC) has commissioned a Residents’ Opinion Survey (ROS) since 1994. Historically, the survey was designed to gauge the views of residents from Ōtepoti Dunedin about a range of services and facilities that the DCC provide.

The contract with our current supplier is nearing expiry and we are requesting proposals from suitably qualified and experienced organisations who are interested in partnership with the DCC to provide these services for the next three years and two months, with the option to extend further at the DCC's discretion.

The new contract will focus on measuring the performance for a number Levels of Services (LoS) provided by the DCC. Previous ROS measured 40 LoS, but the final number will be confirmed upon approval of the 9 Year Plan (2025-2034) in June 2025.
