Overview

The Dunedin City Council (DCC) are seeking a skilled and experienced technical partner to work with us to produce an innovative audio-visual experience for visitors to Toitū Otago Settlers Museum (Toitū) in Ōtepoti Dunedin.

We need an experienced supplier who can work in partnership with the DCC, mana whenua, and key stakeholders to produce a short, sophisticated introduction to Ōtepoti; enriching visitors' understanding of the place, its inhabitants, and their histories.

Interested suppliers, please note that this tender is a Buyer Nominated Price/ Target Price. The Target Price is NZS$280,000 excluding GST.

The sourcing of technical (Audio Visual) equipment is not included in this tender and will be procured separately once this has been specified.

A site visit of the room under construction that will house the experience is available for interested suppliers. This is at 9am on Tuesday 11 February. Please register to attend the site visit.
