The scope of the Contract is more particularly set out in Section E 'Employer's Requirements', however without limitation, it includes the following:
• Design of new luminaries for Dunedin Transport Network (DTN) and State Highway Network (SHN) within Dunedin City Council boundaries;
• Design of Central Management System (CMS) for DTN;
• Installation of luminaries and CMS across the network (excluding CMS for SHN);
• Undertaking commissioning including completion of performance tests to the point where the installed system is demonstrably meeting performance requirements;
• Rectification of defects post issue of the Commissioning Certificate;
• Provision of “as-built” drawings and data;
• Provision of Operation and Maintenance Plan manuals for all supplied equipment and CMS;
• Provision of warranties and guarantees (as specified herein) for the Plant, and
• Operation and maintenance of the installed lighting system and all other equipment including software comprising the entire lighting and CMS for the duration of the Operation Service Period.
PLEASE NOTE: The attached RFP provides a maintenance specification in Volume 3, E5. Note that this specification is currently under review and a revised specification will be provided by way of a notice to tenderers in due course. Proposed revisions will seek to rationalise and ensure consistency across the required service levels.
