This Request for Quote (RFQ) is an invitation to suitably qualified suppliers to submit a Quote for the Custom Food Control Plan Verification Site Audits contract opportunity.
This procurement relates to the purchase of Custom Food Control Plan Verification Site Audits which includes Custom Food Control Plan audits, National Programme 1 audits and Desktop Reviews (as and when requested by the Department) at the Department’s prison sites.
The key outcome that we want to achieve is to ensure that the site audits as described in the Food Act 2014 and the Custom Food Control Plans are in place and verified.
