Overview
The Canterbury Regional Council (Environment Canterbury) is seeking a Statement of Interest and Ability (SIA) from suitably qualified organisations for the provision of an On-Line Payments System. Environment Canterbury provides a limited number of online services. A project is underway to provide functionality for applicants to both apply and pay online for resource consents. Once in place, the functionality will be utilised for further services, including but not limited to consent transfers, consent inspections, and swing mooring permits. Environment Canterbury ultimately aims to provide online payment options for all services through one payment portal if possible.
