The Canterbury Regional Council (CRC), also known as Environment Canterbury (ECan), is advertising a Request for Proposal (RfP). We seek a proposal from suitably qualified providers who can deliver learning interventions in areas that relate to workplace coaching.
The process is to identify a shortlist of Respondents that are considered to be most suited to, and have the capacity, capability, attributes, and proven track record, best deliver services to meet the learning needs of the organisation. Suitably experienced providers are invited to submit a Request for Proposal (RFP) response, including proposal price and methodology, to outline how they propose to deliver on the required services. Shortlisted Respondents will be required to meet with us at our Christchurch office for a final interview and deliver a short training session at their own cost. If the Respondent is unable to do so, they must suggest a suitable alternative in their RFP Response Form.
Through this procurement process ECan will identify a list of ‘recommended providers’ who will be the first to be considered for workplace coaching interventions.
