Overview
Environment Canterbury currently utilises a manual system for briefing papers, agenda management and distribution. This system is not efficient, and there are significant risks in the current system created by lack of controls for authorising the final report content, and the inability to locate existing resolutions (decisions) of the council. An automated system will manage all components of meeting planning, resulting in cost savings and a better quality output.
