The Canterbury Regional Council (CRC) also known as Environment Canterbury (ECan) is seeking a Statement of Interest and Ability (SIA) from suitably qualified organisations for the provision of a Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The purpose of this SIA process is to identify a shortlist of Applicants that are considered to be most suited to, and have the capacity, capability, attributes, and proven track record to best provide the required services.
These Applicants will then be sent a Request for Tender (RFT) document and asked to respond with a Tender price and a methodology for delivering the required services. CRC will then select a preferred Tenderer with the intention of entering into a formal contract with that Tenderer for the provision of HRIS services.
SIAs are therefore invited from suitably experienced organisations for shortlisting as prospective Tenderers for the provision of HRIS services.
